Under the direction of Quinton Township School's Art Teacher, Mrs. Gail Scuderi, the stones were created by Mrs. Krajewski and Mrs. White's fourth grade classes (2015-16 school year) using the mosaic process and clay work. Students researched the history of Quinton and stamped the stories into the clay tiles.  After the tiles were fired, they were glued to the center stone.  Students then designed and glued the mosaic glass tiles that visually depict the story of Quinton Township.

This program was made possible in part by funds from the New Jersey State Council on the Arts/Department of State, a Parnter Agency of the National Endowment for the Arts, through the Salem County Board of Chosen Freeholders, and Salem County Cultural and Heritage Commission.
